At Divinely Scribed, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, despite your best intentions, you may need to return or exchange an item. To make this process as smooth as possible, we have outlined our return policy below:

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges of physical products only within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the product.

**Digital Product Non-Return and Non-Refund Policy**

By purchasing digital products from Divinely Scribed, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Non-Return Policy: Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless explicitly stated otherwise by Divinely Scribed. Due to the nature of digital products, we have no way to collect them back once they have been delivered.
  2. Non-Refund Policy: All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any digital products purchased through Divinely Scribed, except in cases where required by law. 
  3. Product Inspection: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to thoroughly review any product descriptions, features, and specifications before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a digital product, please contact us prior to purchasing.
  4. No Guarantee of Results: Divinely Scribed does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the use of our digital products. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances and other factors beyond our control.
  5. Modification or Termination: Divinely Scribed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sale of any digital products or alter the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice.

By completing a purchase of any digital product from Divinely Scribed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Digital Product Non-Return and Non-Refund Policy.

To start the return or exchange process of a physical product (s), please contact our customer support team at admin@divinelyscribed.com or (760) 544-2995. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or product defect).

Refunds for and Store Credit: 

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may have already started processing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Divinely Scribed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once an item(s) has been sent to a carrier and accepted, it is out of our control.
