• All sales are final. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of each case, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once your order is placed.

• We are not responsible for spelling errors or low-quality images submitted by the customer. Please double-check your input before submitting.

• While we do our best to catch and confirm any errors, final responsibility for accuracy lies with the customer. If needed, we will reach out to confirm names, spellings, or image clarity.

• Each junk case is handmade and may have slight variations or imperfections. These are part of the charm and uniqueness of your one-of-a-kind piece.

• Cases are available for Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other major models.

• You are responsible for selecting the correct phone model. Incorrect model selection may result in a non-functional case.
